Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 sticks margarine
2 eggs
1 box confectioners sugar
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
5 or 6 bananas
1 large Cool Whip
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries
Preparation

Melt 1 stick margarine.
Mix with graham cracker crumbs. Press into 8 1/2 x 13-inch pan.
Mix 2 sticks softened margarine, confectioners sugar and 2 eggs; beat for 15 minutes.
Spread over cracker crumbs.
Layer with sliced bananas, then pineapple and then Cool Whip.
Top with chopped nuts and cherries.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
