Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3 1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2/3 c. water
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients, then mix wet ingredients.
    Blend all together.
    Add nuts and raisins.
    Fill four 1-pound coffee cans half full (greased well).
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    When done, let slide out of coffee can and cool on wire rack.
