Goldman'S Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch fresh broccoli, separated
    1 head fresh cauliflower, separated
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (1 lb.) bag carrots, sliced
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    1 (4 oz.) jar sliced pimento
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained or 2 1/2 oz. pkg. sliced almonds
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. pasteurized processed cheese
    4 boiled eggs, sliced
    1 1/2 c. salted occasional crackers
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook broccoli in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Add cauliflower and boil an additional 5 minutes. Drain.
