"Mititei"Romanian Barbecue Sausages - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 cloves garlic
    1/4 c. water
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground pepper
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1/2 c. canned beef stock
Preparation
    Crush garlic with the salt in water, using a fork.
    Add everything else and mix well.
    Take approximately 1/4 cup of meat mixture for each sausage and roll between the palms of your hands into a sausage shape about 3 to 4 inches long.
    Place sausages side by side into a container.
    Cover and refrigerate 8 to 12 hours, then cook on grill on low fire about 3 minutes on each side until cooked through and browned.
    May also be baked in the oven.
