Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk, scalded
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 unbaked pie shells
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla, salt and nutmeg together.
    Pour scalded milk over mixture and beat.
    Pour in pie shells.
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Place pie in oven and turn down to 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, until done.
