Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes (not baking potatoes)
    5 slices bacon
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. flour
    1 tsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in salted water in skins; peel and slice.
    Fry bacon crisp; remove and crumble.
    Use 2 tablespoons of bacon fat and cook onions until tender.
    Add vinegar, bacon, sugar and flour.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Pour over warm potatoes. Serve hot.
