Low Calorie Tropical Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. canned pineapple chunks (in own juice), drained
1 c. canned mandarin orange slices (unsweetened), drained
1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1/4 tsp. coconut extract
2 tsp. shredded coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
sweetener equivalent to 5 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and toss to mix well.
Chill and serve. Makes 4 servings.
