Philly 15 Minute Cheesecake(Diet) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 oz. cream cheese (lite)
    3/4 c. equal
    3 eggs
    1 c. unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese and Equal, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.
    Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
    Blend in pineapple and vanilla; pour over crust.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce oven temperature to 250\u00b0 and continue baking for 35 minutes.
    Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan.
    Chill.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
