Sour Cream Pineapple Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup butter
    1 1/2 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 cup flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 cup pineapple juice
    1 cup crushed pineapple drained
    1 cup sour cream
    1 cup powdered sugar
    2 tbsp. pineapple juice
    1/2 cup sliced almonds
Preparation
    Cream together butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder, the 1/4 cup pineapple juice, crushed pineapple and sour cream. Mix well and turn into a well greased tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan and drizzle with a mixture of 1 cup powdered sugar and 2 tbsp. pineapple juice. Sprinkle with almonds.
