Baked Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cream-style cottage cheese (2 c.)
    3 egg yolks
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. powdered milk
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat 3 egg whites until stiff.
    Set egg whites aside and beat cheese mixture with rotary beater until smooth.
    Fold egg whites into cheese mixture.
    Brush a deep 9-inch pie pan with soft butter.
    Sprinkle generously with graham cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
