Stewed Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 qt. tomatoes, peeled and chopped
5 tsp. celery salt
heaping 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
heaping 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
Pour into jars and seal. Process pints for 15 minutes and quarts for 20 minutes at 10 pounds in pressure canner.
Makes 9 pints.
