Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. cut up chicken
    1 jar red Russian salad dressing
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    1 jar apricot preserves
Preparation
    Mix apricot preserves, soup mix and salad dressing together. Pour over chicken and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
