Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. Crisco
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
    Cut Crisco into flour mixture to form coarse crumbs. Stir in buttermilk.
    Roll out 1/2-inch thick and cut.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes, until lightly browned.
    Yields 12 biscuits.
