Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. fresh green beans (can substitute canned)
    2 carrots, cut crosswise into halves, then into strips
    1 medium onion, cut into 1/4-inch slices
    3 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    pepper to taste
    lemon juice (optional)
Preparation
    Hollow out 4 tomatoes and fill with:
    1 cup Cheddar cheese, 1 cup bread crumbs, minced onion, minced parsley, nutmeg and melted butter to moisten.
    Sprinkle salt on top and put tops of tomatoes back on and bake in oven at 350\u00b0 until done.
