Baked Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large Rome apples
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/4 c. almonds, chopped
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    cinnamon
    juice from 10 oranges
Preparation
    Core apples and place in buttered baking pan.
    Combine raisins and almonds.
    Fill apple cavities with mixture.
    Top each with 1 tablespoon brown sugar and sprinkle of cinnamon.
    Combine orange juice with remaining 1/2 cup brown sugar.
    Pour into baking pan to fill halfway.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 30 to 40 minutes.
