Savannah Chicken(Low In Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, skinned and cut into 8 pieces
    6 Tbsp. nonfat yogurt
    3/4 c. crushed corn flakes
    3 Tbsp. sesame seed
    salt (optional)
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Coat skinless chicken in yogurt and roll in mixture of corn flakes and sesame seed.
    Spray a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with Pam spray.
    Line dish with chicken and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
