Enchiladas(Yields 12) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. shortening
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 beef bouillon cubes
Preparation

For the sauce, brown flour in a large skillet.
Add shortening and seasonings, making a paste.
Add water gradually, then add tomato sauce and crumble in bouillon cubes.
Place in heat and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
