Corn Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can French-style green beans, drained
1 can LeSueur peas, drained
1 can Shoe Peg corn, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1 green pepper, chopped
small onion (optional)
small jar pimiento (optional)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
Preparation

Boil sugar and vinegar.
Cool.
Add oil and lemon juice if too sweet.
Toss and chill several hours or overnight.
