Creamed Cheese And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. potatoes (about 12)
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    1/4 c. chopped chives
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Peel and cook potatoes.
    Drain and mash with all ingredients, except chives, paprika and butter.
    Beat until light and fluffy. Stir in chives and put into greased casserole.
    Sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
