Pork Chops With Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    6 to 8 lean pork chops
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 bell pepper, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Salt and pepper chops to taste.
    Combine chops, onion and bell pepper in a large skillet.
    Cook until vegetables are tender and chops are lightly browned.
    Pour off excess grease and add remaining ingredients.
    Cover and simmer for approximately 1 hour or until chops are tender.
