Zucchini Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    zucchini, unpeeled
    onions
    salt and pepper to taste
    fresh mushrooms
    fruit of your choice
    soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut all your vegetables into small pieces.
    Put small amount of oil in skillet.
    Add vegetables when oil is hot.
    Stir.
    Add desired amount of soy sauce.
    Start by adding few drops of fruit, gradually adding more.
    Cook until done.
    Some prefer vegetables crunchy, others prefer theirs soft.
    Serve over cooked rice.
    This dish is also good with chicken or steak cooked and cut into small pieces and added to vegetables.
