Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    4 c. cooked rice
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 egg, well beaten
Preparation
    Fry onion in butter until tender.
    Add rice, soy sauce, pepper, parsley and garlic salt.
    Cook over low heat 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add egg, stirring constantly. Cook on low heat 5 minutes more.
