Carrot-Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. grated raw carrots (I use 2 (4 1/2 oz.) jars of baby food)
    1 c. chopped nuts or raisins
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Sift
    dry ingredients together.
    Add all other ingredients which
    have
    been
    mixed together.
    Mix well; pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Freezes well.
