24-Hour Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cauliflower, cut bite size
    3 stalks broccoli, cut bite size
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley salad mix
    1 small minced onion or 6 green onions
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
Preparation
    Mix and marinate.
    It can be eaten in 1 1/2 hours, but best if chilled overnight.
