Chicken Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
    Combine milk and oil; add to dry ingredients.
    Stir just to moisten.
    Drop by tablespoons directly onto chicken in boiling broth.
    Cover tightly and return to boiling.
    Reduce heat (do not lift lid).
    Simmer 12 to 15 minutes.
    I boil 12 minutes.
    Makes 10 dumplings.
