Tuna Chop Suey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. chopped onion
2 vegetable bouillon cubes or George Washington seasoning
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/3 c. Minute rice
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1/4 c. cornstarch
4 c. water
2 (7 oz.) cans tuna
1 can Chinese vegetables, drained
Preparation

Saute onion and garlic powder in salad oil.
Melt cornstarch in water and add onion mixture with seasoning and soy sauce.
Heat until thick and clear.
Stir in rice and tuna.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir and serve with chow mein noodles or extra rice.
