Pork Steak Special - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork steaks (one per person)
    4 large leaves cabbage per steak
    1 c. cooked rice per person
    1 c. canned tomatoes with juice per person
Preparation
    Bring a large pan of water to boil and remove from heat. Place cabbage leaves in water for 5 minutes to soften.
    Cook rice. Brown steaks and season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Season tomatoes with salt and pepper.
    May add cayenne pepper if desired. Place a couple of leaves of cabbage for each steak.
    Place steaks on leaves.
    Spoon rice on steak.
    Ladle tomatoes with juice over rice.
    Cover with a couple of leaves per steak.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
