Candied Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts, toasted
Preparation
    Peel potatoes; cut lengthwise into thin slices.
    Melt margarine in a large iron skillet.
    Stir in sugar.
    Add sweet potatoes. Cover and cook over low heat 30 minutes.
    Uncover; cook 5 minutes or until mixture thickens.
    Transfer to serving dish. Sprinkle with walnuts.
