Chicken Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    3 packets Herb-Ox chicken stock
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 pkg. boneless chicken breasts
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. water
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Mix 1 cup flour with 1 packet chicken stock; set aside. Season chicken with 1 packet of chicken stock and pepper.
    Dredge chicken in flour and set aside.
    Heat oil, saute mushrooms and onions.
    Remove from frying pan; set aside.
    In jar, combine flour, 1 packet chicken stock and water; shake well.
    Pour liquid in frying pan.
    Return chicken, mushrooms and onions.
    Heat until bubbling.
    Remove from pan and place on warm platter.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Serve immediately.
