Mexican Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 pkg.) tortillas
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    3/4 c. celery, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Brown the meat, then add onion, celery and green peppers. Cook until vegetables are tender.
    Cut tortillas into bite-size pieces and line the bottom of a pan with them.
    Combine together soups, tomatoes, chili powder, garlic powder and add to meat mixture.
    Pour half the mixture over the tortillas and sprinkle with half the grated cheese.
    Repeat with a second layer.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
