2 c. skim milk
1/2 c. lite Cool Whip
2 medium bananas
1 (4 oz.) box instant sugar-free butterscotch pudding mix
1 graham cracker pie crust
Preparation

Mix pudding with skim milk, then add Cool Whip. Stir until smooth.
Pour in pie crust.
Chill 3 to 4 hours.
