Fried Beef With Scrambled Eggs(6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 lb. fillet of beef
    7 eggs
    1 Tbsp. wine
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    6 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
Preparation
    Wash and clean the beef to cut into 0.3 cm thick.
    Beat both sides with the blade of knife.
    Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 tablespoon wine, 3 tablespoons water and 2 teaspoons cornstarch. Mix well.
    Mix eggs with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon oil. Heat 5 tablespoons of oil in the pan.
    Stir-fry the beef over very high heat for two minutes.
    Remove from the high heat and add the egg mixture.
    Mix evenly.
    Sprinkle with chopped green onion.
