Swedish Meatball Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. lean ground beef
3/4 lb. lean ground pork
1/2 c. finely minced onion
1 c. fine cracker/bread crumbs
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. basil leaves or dash of thyme
1/2 c. butter
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 pt. sour cream
1 (13 oz.) can condensed beef broth
1 can Campbell's golden mushroom soup
Preparation

Combine meat, crumbs, eggs, milk, onion and spices.
Form into balls no more than 1-inch.
Brown well.
Place in Dutch oven.
Add beef broth and simmer 30 minutes.
