Butterscotch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. brown sugar
    6 Tbsp. flour, slightly heaped
    3 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix together flour and sugar.
    Beat egg yolks.
    Mix with milk. Cook until thickened.
    Add butter and vanilla.
    Put in a baked pie crust and top with egg whites, beaten.
    Bake approximately 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
