Blanche'S Lemon Chess Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. butter or oleo
Preparation
    Sift together flour and sugar; cut in oleo.
    Knead and pat into 8 x 13-inch glass pan.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0. Pour lemon filling over hot pastry and continue baking for 25 minutes.
