Dill Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. water
    1 1/2 qt. vinegar
    1 1/3 c. canning salt
Preparation
    Bring ingredients to boil.
    Put grape leaves in bottom of jars.
    Put small pickles in jar.
    Use head dill, dill seed and alum in each jar.
    Pour mixture into jars.
