Fried Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    3 eggs, whipped
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower until tender, drain.
    Put in a bowl and cut out the core.
    Mash up real good.
    Add eggs, flour, baking powder, salt and milk.
    Mix together, if too sticky add more flour. Heat oil in the skillet and drop the cauliflower by a teaspoon and brown on all sides.
    Set on a paper towel to drain off excess oil.
