Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimiento (optional)
    1 can French fried onions
Preparation
    Thaw and drain vegetables.
    Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 of cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimiento and 1/2 of onions.
    Pour in 1-quart casserole and bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions and bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes longer.
