Filet Mignon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. dry red wine
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. dried tarragon
    2 beef tenderloin steaks
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Combine first three ingredients in large Ziploc bag.
    Add steaks.
    Refrigerate 3 hours, turning occasionally.
    Remove steaks from marinade.
    Place on coated rack in shallow, roasting pan. Broil 6 inches from heat for 5 minutes each side.
