Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices dry bread
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. crushed oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Soak bread in hot water for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Then squeeze out moisture.
    Combine with remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Form small balls, about 20.
    Brown slowly in 2 tablespoons oil.
    Add to sauce and cook 30 minutes more.
