Frosted Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
    2 Tbsp. wheat germ
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 (4 1/2 oz.) jars strained baby food carrots
    1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add flour, wheat germ, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, oil and carrots.
    Beat at low speed, then high speed until well mixed. Stir in walnuts. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
