Corned Beef Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sauerkraut, drained
    1 c. sour cream
    1 lb. corned beef, crumbled
    3/4 c. Swiss shredded cheese
    6 slices black bread
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Mix sauerkraut with the sour cream.
    Put in greased 7 x 11-inch baking dish.
    Crumble the corned beef on top.
    Sprinkle cheese on top of corned beef.
    Dice the 6 slices of dark bread and cover the cheese.
    Drizzle 1 stick oleo over bread.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
