Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. chopped chuck or round
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can beef gravy
Preparation
-
Mix well all the ingredients, except can of beef gravy.
Roll into balls.
Brown well in frying pan.
Add a can of gravy and cook slowly in pan or oven for 1/2 hour.
