Crepes Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Gold Medal flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Beat with rotary beater until smooth.
Cook in buttered pan until golden brown.
Serve with syrup.
May have with strawberries and cream or whatever you like on top.
