Golden Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. margarine or butter
    6 potatoes
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. flour
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Pare potatoes; cut in quarters. Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper into bag. Moisten potatoes with water and shake in bag, coating well with mixture.
    Place a layer of potatoes in pan.
    Turn once; sprinkle with parsley.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1/2 to 1 hour or until done.
