Oatmeal Cookies With Pudding Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. pudding mix (not instant)
1 c. sifted flour
1 c. quick rolled oats
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
pinch of salt
pinch of baking soda
3 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Combine all ingredients, mixing thoroughly.
Shape into balls.
Place about 2-inches apart on greased cookie sheets and flatten by pressing down with fork or bottom of a glass.
Bake.
