Skillet Beef And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced (substitute 1 jar sliced Green Giant mushrooms)
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes in juice, cut up
    1/2 c. red wine
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    6 oz. medium egg noodles
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, brown beef with mushrooms, onion and garlic, breaking up beef with a fork, five minutes or until onion is hot.
    Add tomatoes with juice, wine and seasonings.
    Bring to a boil.
    Stir in noodles.
    Cover and reduce heat.
    Simmer, stirring occasionally, 25 minutes or until noodles are tender.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in 2 tablespoons cheese; sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
    Serve with garlic bread.
