Cranberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh cranberries
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 c. Crisco, melted
pinch of salt
Preparation

Butter 10-inch pie plate.
Spread cranberries over bottom of plate.
Sprinkle with sugar and walnuts.
In a bowl, beat eggs well; add 1 cup sugar gradually until thoroughly mixed.
Add flour, salt, melted butter and shortening.
Beat well.
Pour mixture over cranberries.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
