Self-Filled Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 egg
    6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
Preparation
    Cream the cheese with the sugar. Beat in egg and dash of salt. Stir in chocolate pieces. Set aside. Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Fill paper baking cups (lined muffin pans) 2/3 full. Drop 1 teaspoonful cheese mixture into each cupcake. Bake according to package directions. Makes about 30 cupcakes.
