Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1/2 c. water
3 eggs
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts or pecans
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated fresh carrots
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Combine cake mix, water, eggs, oil, nuts, pineapple, cinnamon and carrots in large bowl.
Beat at low speed with electric mixer until moistened.
Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Pour batter into pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Cool in pan.
